Joe joined Gordon & Centracchio, LLC, in 2002. Prior to that time, Joe practiced employment law representing victims of age, race, gender and religious discrimination. Since joining Gordon & Centracchio, Joe has successfully represented clients in a variety of different complex matters, including personal injury, criminal and traffic, real estate closings, breach of contract litigation, social security disability appeals, bankruptcy, landlord/tenant law and condominium law matters. Joe has tried over 25 jury cases to verdicts and has argued before the First District Appellate Court and the Illinois Supreme Court. Joe is experienced in representing individuals in bad faith litigation against various insurance companies for the failure to provide insurance coverage. Joe also is experienced in representing nursing home residents whom have been abused or neglected.
Joe graduated from Loyola University Chicago in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and was a member of the National Political Science Honor Society. Joe earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago’s School of Law in 2001, where he was a member of the Dean’s List. In 2001 Joe was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois. Joe is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
